Using the website
- Use the website lawfully and only for personal or genuine business enquiries and bookings.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the website, access other people’s accounts or data, or send spam or automated requests.
- Information you give us must be accurate and yours (or provided with permission).
Your account
Keep your password private and turn on two-step verification for extra security. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you think it has been misused.
Information, prices and availability
We work to keep information accurate, but descriptions, photos and availability may change. Prices and live availability are confirmed when you book; a booking is only confirmed when you receive our confirmation. Photos are illustrative of the facilities and may not show the exact room or set-up you book.
Virtual concierge
The concierge is an automated assistant that answers from information approved by the resort. It can make mistakes and cannot make commitments on our behalf: bookings, prices and policies are only confirmed by our staff or the booking system. Please do not share sensitive personal information in the chat.
Reviews and comments
Comments on our Journal are moderated. Do not post anything unlawful, offensive, misleading or that infringes someone else’s rights. We may remove content and restrict accounts that break these terms.
Intellectual property
The text, photos, logo and design of this website belong to Darrel Paradise Resort or are used with permission. You may share links and view the content for personal use, but you may not copy, republish or use our photos or content commercially without written permission.
Links to other websites
Links to other websites (such as maps, payment providers or excursion information) are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Kenyan consumer law. Otherwise, we are not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, or for indirect losses arising from use of the website.
